Kin Studio was commissioned to design a new house that will be attached to an existing house on Syracuse, NY. The client wanted to create a home that provided independence for their autistic son, while allowing for the family to coexist in a close environment. The addition includes living area, kitchen, three bedrooms, master bedroom that is handicap accessible.
